Patch: boost tuning and map rotation
Boost pad acceleration curve smoothed, two maps rotated in, one retired.

Boost pads now apply acceleration over two frames instead of one, which removes the occasional wall-clip on diagonal entries.
Two community maps join the public rotation and one long-running map is retired. Full map list is in the in-game map menu.
